Go to Register page,

Fill up the required information i.e. Name, Email, Phone no., Password, etc. (Make sure your email and phone no are correct)



You'll have to upload your Selfie and Photo ID i.e. Driving License, Passport, etc. for KYC verification.

Go to the wallet and sign in with your account,

Go to Request Game option in the menu,

Select the game you want to create a game account of,

Click submit!
Once the account gets created you'll get and email with your ID and Password for the game.

Go to the wallet and sign in with your account,

Go to Add Money to Wallet option in menu,

Enter the amount you want to add,

Choose the payment method i.e. Credit/Debit Card, Crypto, GameTime Wallet etc.,
If you choose Credit/Debit Card, You'll be redirected to a payment page where you'll have to type your Credit/Debit Card No, Expiry, CVV, etc. (You might get prompted for a 3D Secure authentication from your bank)

On the other hand if you choose Crypto, You'll be redirected to the Crypto payment link, complete your payment there, keep in mind partial payments, less payments or over payments result in payment failure.

Complete the payment and your SweepCoins will be added to your account.

Go to the wallet and sign in with your account,

Go to Request Redeem option in the menu,

Select the game you want to redeem from (only your linked games),

Enter the amount you want to redeem,

Click submit,
After processing from our end it will be added to your Wallet Balance!

Go to the wallet and sign in with your account,

Go to Cashout option in the menu,

Enter the amount you want to cash out,
Select payout method,

Click submit,
after processing from our end it will be sent to your payout method!

Go to the wallet and sign in with your account,

Go to My Profile option in the menu,

Select Change password option,

Enter your new password and click reset.

Go to the wallet sign in and click on Forgot password?

Enter your email which is used to create the wallet account and click reset

You'll receive an email with an verification code and the link for resetting the password click on the link.

Enter your new password and verification code and click Reset Password.
